We want to reassure you that we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and are following advice and guidance of public health experts, including the World Health Organisation (WHO), Public Health England (PHE), and The National Health Service (NHS)

The health and safety of our clients, colleagues and service partners are of paramount importance to us. We are offering enhanced specialist cleaning services, including extra deep cleans, sanitisations, and modifications of our daily tasks to focus on high risk touchpoints.

As a business, we have implemented business continuity strategies to ensure we can provide an undisrupted service. We have set up an internal COVID-19 Task Force team with representatives from across our business including Health & Safety, Operations, HR and Service Delivery Teams.

Any of our colleagues who may be at risk are not required to come to work and must stay indoors and avoid contact with other people immediately. We have prepared our team at Head Office to be able to work remotely as and when the need arises.

We understand how distressing and overwhelming this all may be, so do keep talking to your loved ones and if in doubt do reach out to mental health charities and resources such as Mind and SHOUT.

We will continue to monitor the situation and follow direction given by the government and will take whatever action is necessary to protect the health of our clients, colleagues and service partners.
